Someone shattered a $500 kitchen window at a home in the 31200 block of Lobo Canyon Road April 28. The incident occurred while the resident was taking a shower. She was listening to music so she didn’t hear the noise. She discovered the shattered window about 10 minutes later.

Calabasas

A burglar stole $3,000 in cash, a $1,500 computer, $400 gaming console and $ 500 pistol from a home in the 4000 block of Towhee Drive April 2. The culprit caused $600 in damage to get into the house.

Deputies arrested two men carrying burglary tools in their van.at the Albertsons shopping center in Calabasas May 17. The men were acting suspiciously and attracted the attention of deputies. Because the van had no front license plate, deputies were able to make a traffic stop. The officers also noticed the smell of marijuana inside the vehicle.

A thief stole a purse containing a wallet with a $200 cellphone, driver’s license and bank card from a patron at the Taco Bell restaurant in the 4900 block of Las Virgenes Road May 6.

A person stole a wallet containing a student ID cart and $14 in cash from a gym bag at the Calabasas Swim & Tennis Center in the 23400 block of Park Sorrento April 30.

Someone stole prescription medication from a home in the 3500 block of Gladiola Drive April 15.
